They have now launched spycopsresearch.info, presenting their research on the first phase of the Inquiry as a user-friendly website.

This soft launch covers the early period of spying, 1968-1982 (Tranche One) and contains all documents from this period in the searchable Document Database.

A public inquiry into the scandal was announced in 2014 long after activists exposed how undercover police officers had infiltrated their movements. However the inquiry is still shrouded in secrecy. The Undercover Research Group has worked to reveal, monitor and analyse political policing in the UK.
