The NY Times presents a memo (found by the IDF) attributed to Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar, planning the Oct. 7, 2023, attack on Israel. The memo allegedly prioritises the filming and broadcasting of atrocities in order to mobilize Arabs and terrorize Israel.
