A cousin of Miller’s posted a damning attack against him on social media. “I grieve what you’ve become, Stephen. And I grieve what I’ve lost because of it. I grieve your children I will never meet. I grieve the future family you’ve stolen from me by choosing a path so filled with cruelty."

"Follow the Money." Trump, Kushner and Witkoff all have financial entanglements with Qatar.

Netanyahu's decision to attack Qatar pushed Trump et al into finally pushing for a real ceasefire deal.

After two years of this horrific war, two years of captivity for Israeli hostages, two years of destruction and desolation of Gaza, tens of thousands of Palestinian deaths in Gaza including thousands of children, Netanyahu is the last person on earth who deserves a standing ovation.

The fate of Bipin Joshi, a 24-year-old Nepali student abducted by Hamas during the October 7, 2023, attacks in Israel, remains uncertain even as the Palestinian group released a new list of hostages set to be freed.

One could say that the agreement could have been signed in January 2024, but it simply "wasn't attractive enough" for all the parties.

It's OK, I often post articles that interest me and I include a clip of the story that doesn't necessarily cover the entire intent of the article.

The book looks interesting, anyway.

Also: Biden apparently did not have financial entanglements with Qatar. From what I understand, Netanyahu's decision to attack Qatar really put Trump over the edge.

See earlier: Trump closed a deal to build a $4 billion Qatari resort and received a $400 million dollar plane.

There is a good analysis here:

Former president Joe Biden had an “emotional identification” with Israel, and Biden seemed “ideologically incapable” of wielding real leverage over Netanyahu even when officials in his administration were calling for it.
