Im just under 300 dollars away from being able to pay my vet. They are willing to wipe the rest of the bill if i can pay today.

I have exhausted every option. My savings are completely wiped. I am jobless and in need of some help. My bill was over 3500 dollars.

Giddy is doing okay now. So much more life than Tuesday. Scared the shit out of me and really proved how much i would truly do anything for her.

The shame of asking for help does not outweigh my love for my cat. Ever.

My vet bill is in excess of $3500 dollars. I have used up any emergency savings i had for when i’m likely jobless and it still isn’t even close to enough.

Thankfully, through Twitter and social media, the kindness of my community i have built over the years have stepped in and helped out.

On Tuesday, things took a turn. In the midst of everything exhausting me, Giddy was bit by a redback spider. She went limped and into paralysis, just crying out in pain. It was terrifying but i was quickly into emergency mode and got her to the vet.
