Pushed too hard today—sciatica’s flaring again.

Weeks in a hospital and bed really mess with your spine.
Call me Domino, ‘cause something’s always knocking me down…and I keep getting back up. 🩵

Movement and working out saved me from myself. And imma keep playing till I’m told I can’t anymore 🤘

Thanks to everyone who’s let my words run over—who’s listened, even when it was messy or raw.
Writing is how I process—between brain surgery, heartbreaks, and breakthroughs.

I’ve survived something that literally tried to kill me… and my chronic headaches are gone.
