I'm really interested in the show because the universe and premise seemed really interesting, but I found the gameplay too repetitive to make the nuggets of story worth it - so an animated show is perfect!

(it's a show called Lesbian Space Princess from an Australian animation studio which has a weird Rick and Morty-esque style of animation and a bunch of stuff that reads very adjacent to some TERF shit - which I think it unintentional but stillll 😬)

Like idk - it tends to feel a lot like "kid's shows, but they say fuck and there's sex jokes" rather than actually having a mature piece of animation.

(What I'm saying is I want something along the lines of the tone of Perfect Blue, but lesbians)

I want to see more queer adult animation that actually explores provocative, messy, nuanced queer stories - rather than just "Rick and Morty but they're lesbians and also there's some stuff that comes uncomfortably close to bioessentialist TERF shit in it"
