My longest #run in a month. Followed my #Garmin plan went slow and steady kept my #running pace even. A bit of aches and pains from my foot but nothing that caused an issue. So good to run a decent distance. Plenty of “good mornings” given and received #runchat. A lovely autumn day.

I was in two minds but the fuckwit has to be backed into a corner we have to show we’ve had enough and refuse to buy season tickets early or at all until he goes. Although I am completely ok with anyone who attends it has to be a personal choice

The official attendance figures for #SWFC will show more as they will include season tickets whether there or not but the TV will show the actual numbers and hopefully empty stands on 3 sides

Thanks, it’s definitely been good to know that in general most fans from most teams appreciate what we are going through. Fingers crossed your season picks up and our fuckwit owner sells up and goes away soon

He also had a fantastic coaching and back up team with him at #SWFC. Be interesting to see who he brings in this time. I wish him luck but it’s tinged with disappointment he didn’t have the balls to stay and fight the owner and everything that’s happening to us as his assistant has done

If it’s any help at #SWFC he galvanised a pretty average squad overachieving in both seasons. What he couldn’t do after halfway through the second season was deal with the fuckwit owner at #SWFC and his head had been turned by other clubs wanting his services.

Consecutive days running have become unusual for me but repeated yesterday’s Garmin Coach session, ran a bit further and a little faster no pain in my foot although some aching before the ice foot bath kicked in! Feeling fitter, running stronger. Next run Wednesday hopefully
