Of course you have 🤦‍♂️
Absolutely stunning. And great photo as well!
Bit of rebasing this evening. Picked up some painted French Cuirassiers but wanted them to fit in with the rest of my French. Couple of hours and with consistent basing they should fit right in. Back to the Russians next!
Thanks Tom. Hope all is well with your course. Hopefully catch up soon.
Couple of characters for my Midgard force. Romano hero (lovely Crisis free figure from years ago sculpted by @hicksy.bsky.social) and a Merlinesque wizard type! #midgard #spreadthelard
Bit of a palette cleanser after the recent napoleonics, the final base of cavalry and a mounted hero for my Midgard Arthurian force. Matt varnish and basing to do! Gripping Beast and Warlord figures with the superb LBMS shield transfers and banner. #midgard #spreadthelard
Yes! I’d really like to do a proper big battle Dorking game using either V&F or mash up of Pickets Charge & GdA2. But need to concentrate on the nappies for the moment..
Russian Napoleonics finally finished with the addition of the ever lovely GMB standards. 2 Jägers battalions now on the painting table to finish my first Russian Division.
Nice try @jaje7406.bsky.social but nothing beats the pure beauty of an original Green Hammerton Breakfast Stack!
Thanks for hosting this Joe. Great fun!
Yes, both US and NVA. Lovely figures. The US MPs are Gringos 40 along with some of the civilians.
Thanks Richard. I’ll pass that on to Dean. Not sure he’ll be too impressed 🤔😂 For anyone who didn’t make it, it was seriously good steak from their own herd!
“Tet a Tet” my Chain of Command Vietnam game at Ebor Lard. A real pleasure to host using the late Martin Stanbridge’s terrain and many of his figures. For a battle report & of course more pictures take a look at the Chain of Command Facebook group. #spreadthelard

Great to play in @joewargamer.bsky.social Big CoC game today at the Ebor Lard After Party! Superb effort from my Staghound getting into the German rear causing mayhem as the Panther platoon panicked. Unfortunately the M10s were less successful picked off by PIVs with multiple phases #spreadthelard
Well that’s a wrap for Ebor Lard 2025. Fantastic weekend of great games, good food, great friends & lots & lots of fun. From Friday nights Chariot Racing, the first Ebor Steak Night & Sunday mornings Ebor After Party games it’s been a blast. Looking forward to Ebor Lard 2026! #spreadthelard
@joewargamer.bsky.social shows off his beautiful Normandy Village while @jaje7406.bsky.social flies the flag for a Lardy favourite, Sharp Practice in the Peninsula. The standard of Lardy games just gets better & better! #spreadthelard
Midgard gets a strong showing at Ebor Lard with ‘1066 & all that’ and the Battle of Hastings and a Lord of the Rings 1st Age battle. ‘What a Skaver’ brings What a Cowboy to the post apocalyptic streets of South Yorkshire while Kiss Me Hardy flies the flag in the Caribbean. #spreadthelard
Chain of Command 2 from the deserts of North Africa to the mean streets of downtown Saigon! 2 of the games at Ebor Lard today. #spreadthelard
Set-up day yesterday for Ebor Lard with the plain Village Hall transformed into a feast of Lardy games. Followed by the traditional Chariot Racing evening where @jaje7406.bsky.social carried off the Circus Shiteous trophy & Theo the Circus Shiteous Plate. Much fun & mayhem for all! #spreadthelard
Checkpoint Charlie is for an early Cold War Gone Hot in the 1960s-1970s rather than the mid-1980s of the original Team Yankee and Northag! It’s an interesting take!
First of the napoleonic Russians done (pending the addition of some GMB flags). Perry Miniatures plastics. Hopefully the first of many 🫤
