In short: Putin is losing kinetic and institutional grip. As such, he can no longer lend his strength to Trump. The result: Trump’s machinery, made for spectacle and vendetta, cannot pivot to strategic resilience. The result now is cascading failures. The fight against Trump and his autocratic desires is not over, but do not give up hope, especially now that the strategies of defeating Putin and standing up to Trump appear to be working.
