This is so sad. Deepest condolences to Darren and Cindy Bailey on the heartbreaking loss of their son Zachary, his wife Kelsey, and their children Vada Rose and Samuel in a tragic accident.

And for their grandson Finn, who lost his parents and siblings.

Republicans are lying that the ACA covers undocumented individuals.

It does not.

The ACA law states an “individual must be a citizen or national of the United States or an alien lawfully present in the United States” to purchase a plan. Democrats have not proposed any changes to that provision.
