The FBI has a new primary objective of protecting the criminal paedophile known as Trump. Any investigation of Windsor will (only) progress as far as it can be used to distract from or conceal Trump’s abuse of children.

Tests don't have to be tests, a teacher can assess from tasks given. Learning to read definitely needs to be more individual allowing each child to progress naturally rather than phonics imposed on a whole class at the same time! An expensive and more intensive option! Dont forget fun and stories!

I think that it's testing and teaching to tests that is the problem. Perhaps pleasure in reading ( and learning ) needs to be allowed to develop. We need to see how other countries do education! When, how reading is taught and how to keep children engaged into adult life. It won't be tests!
