I've been using Duolingo for Japanese. I used to be 4th grade level but I forgot so much. At one point I read Nakayoshi and Ciao magazine in the mid 2000s. I had difficulty with some things whilst reading but I could understand a lot! I miss those days.

Moving from my childhood home my mom inherited and we were living in was hard. I was still physically unwell and pushed super hard packing a backlog of even some of my great grandmother's stuff while my mom could only help a bit cause her job. It was bad and I ended up in the hospital from fatigue.

I wanted to post this. I myself have been trying to fight mobility issues. Even if you just hold the door open for a person struggling in a wheelchair or help someone with a cane pick up something they have dropped it is a big help! #helpinghand #compassion #kindness
