Interesting. Been reported that "broadly similar" fertility increases also occurred in United Kingdom, Ireland & New Zealand. France, the Scandinavian countries & much of southern, central & eastern Europe also had experienced increases.

There are so many whales now. Wonderful. But sometimes they just appear. Trying to guess which way they are going cos under sail can be very difficult to slow down quickly.
Less of a problem under motor. They seem to hear early and move quickly away.
Love seeing them but only from a distance.

Yep. The community housing provider MUST be a proactive, outspoken, constant advocate for the tenant. The power imbalance between tenant and landlord is too great.
