Sugar addiction, long ago I was told that the French use a pinch sugar to achieve the culinary success; today, grams are specified.

French dressing is made of oil, vinegar, sugar, and other flavorings, with the coloring derived from tomato and often paprika. Lots of sugar, I'll keep mine a pinch.

NUTRITION is the KEY to good health. There are MILLIONS of people like me with disabilities & chronic illness that DEPEND on SNAP. The stress of worrying about are we getting our benefits or are we not, is troublesome alone. This Administration between cutting 1T from Medicaid & now this, is DEADLY!

An act of cruelty with the denial of contingency funds: The Trump administration stated that it will not tap into roughly $5 billion in contingency funds to keep food aid flowing. The administration also said that states using their own funds to cover the cost of benefits will not be reimbursed.

Garbanzo Bean Day, I just checked the pantry, 2 cans, and 1 cup dried. When I say, "garbanzo;" maybe it's me with the Californian Spanish/Mediterranean influenced diet, I don't think hummus or chickpea, garbanzo is it on the dish.
