Goodly morning gents. Until the goal, I thought Sara's corner deliveries weren't as good as usual. The lack of space by the corner flag in Craven cottage felt like a factor to me. I remember some teams bringing advertising boards closer to the pitch to try and stop Rory Delap's long throws 1/2

Last week's Arsecast with Connor McNamara talked about this. He said that basically biased pundits are encouraged to stay biased when a few years ago they were encouraged to put their bias aside. Basically (I'm simplifying) it's the way social media has changed fan engagement and stuff.

For head injuries, allow the medical team to enter the field of play whilst game is in progress. That way the game isn't stopped and players won't be tempted to stay down in the hope of stopping a promising attack.

Really enjoyed the pod (as always). Small correction if I may. Phil said Thierry Henry won the Olympics as a manager, he in fact won "only" Silver, Gold was won by Spain who had a certain Cristhian Mosquera in their squad.

To be fair it's not always that obvious on here. And same here, (we even share the same sounding surname), with the players missing and Eze just a few training sessions in, I'm not sure where "the lineup was wrong". Could argue about Martinelli/Trossard but for the rest what do you do?

Liverpool's left hand side was there for the taking. Arteta was wrong to not start Saka and White on the overlap. Same up front, more a Havertz game, as for Merino ahead of Odegaard wasn't understandable.
Sometimes you have to make do I guess. Liverpool created 0 and scored a worldie out of nothing

On a positive note, Mosquera looked fantastic. Eze showed with some first touches how he'll make us different, more threatening. Madueke was good but just imagine Saka on that wing and on those corners on that side 😞

I don't understand how people can say "wait till next season". The refs will be the same, PGMOL will still be in charge. They will still get to decide the outcome of games like this.
