I need to go back and finish season 2 but if I'm being honest, that's also the reason the love triangle stuff with Aira doesn't work for me. it's a series about two goobers falling in love and using that strength to fight those who's love has twisted into evil!!! you don't gotta muddy that!!!

I'm of two minds on this. on the one hand, Jaycee is one of the coolest things they ever did with the series. on the other, I maintain only KI has done Great Native Representation and would love for Tekken to actually name the tribe Julia is from and instead really lean into her native heritage.
