We're having the neighbors and friends over and sitting in the driveway to drink, eat, and hand out candy. Kids and their friends will trick or treat and then make smores after. Very fun night.

I am in no way qualified to make decisions regarding the running of an NBA team, but even I could've figured out that letting Dumars and Weaver run my team was bad. Those hires never made sense. As an aside, people need to stop pretending that having wealth = intelligence.

We are 2 years removed from the the Pels and Kings having exciting young rosters and really fun teams to watch. It's remarkable how they were ruined by ridiculous decisions.

As young Gen X, I couldn't agree with you more. I know too many people who have said to me that they hate all the other bullshit, but want to pay less in taxes. I have not been shy in telling them to to go fuck themselves.

The best thing about admitting when you fuck up is that it immediately disarms people. They don't know how to react. They really want to get mad, but they usually just sit there dumbstruck if you are honest and apologize.

That is one of the things I go out of my way to teach my kids. Everyone fucks up. I'm so much more angry when they lie to me about it. If you fuck up, admit to it and work to be better. It's not that difficult to ask for forgiveness and get a 2nd chance.

Yep, Dems run center right campaigns trying to avoid getting called extremists while still getting tagged by republicans as extremist and republican voters buy the bullshit while Dems don't actually do the things their base wants so they become apathetic.

Yeah, it just isn't that difficult to walk and chew gum. Most people can recognize and understand that multiple bad things can happen simultaneously. I'm tired of the 4D chess bullshit that people like to pretend is happening.

OKC has looked rusty so far this year, but I do think Mitchell should get real rotation minutes. I actually thought they should've gone with him in OT the other night when Chet fouled out. They needed someone else who could get some offense.

I hate it so much for them. The fact that they had their lives completely fucked because of that nonsense will never be ok. Those investigations and cases were beyond ridiculous. When they named the schools as victims, it was plainly obvious what was going on.
