So what's the story of how this random pumpkin appeared on a random box along Big Thunder Trail?

Gratuitous pumpkin is gratuitous.

For anybody who needs a Disneyland photo project ( @chiangku.me ), I submit: the Omnibus reflected in every ground floor Main Street window.

Perfect! I can avoid two holidays at once.

I consider them separate attractions, but at any rate the paper guide map numbers them out.

They could hook up two horses to this anytime they want and add another Disneyland attraction!

First visit to Disneyland this Halloween season tomorrow—I will look forward to photographing the lands with no decorations.

Fanboy Nation interviewed me and fellow producer Ernie Alonzo about BOB GURR: LIVING BY DESIGN and its upcoming screening at the Newport Beach Film Festival (Oct 19th). Look for a surprise appearance by Bob in this video.

The Newport Beach Independent has some nice things to say about "Bob Gurr: Living By Design" and a film I'm looking forward to "American Clown"

On Gurr: "The real joy of the documentary is listening to Gurr, who at 93 still has a spring in his step and a story or two to tell."
Reviews: Clowning Around and Disney Designs at Newport Beach Film Festival - Newport Beach News
“American Clown” “Be a clown, be a clown, all the world loves a clown.” Those lyrics by the great Cole Porter were written in 1948, at a time when we did love clowns like Emmett Kelly and the clowns i...

I worry I will tell them “Jason says hi!” and they will look at me as if I didn’t know my own name.

I was delighted in the early 2000s that we were still handing out this Jiminy Cricket ephemera to Guests on our rainy Disneyland days.

Now I want to know what this 2010 scoop was.

And here's a group of alt.disney.disneyland folks gathered at Carnation Ice Cream Parlor on its final night in 1997. Founders of Laughing Place, MousePlanet, MiceAge, and Parkendium are pictured!

It's been over 28 years, but I still wonder why this "Happy New Year from the Cast of Carnation Main Street" was taken on its final day of operation in January 1997, or what it was used for!

(This is my personal happenstance photograph of a posed shot for an official photo.)

Unfortunately not restricted to the internet. Here's from a "historical" book in the past couple of years, with a "photograph" of "Lillian Disney" and another "person."
Scan of a published photograph showing extreme denoising, rendering the photograph more of an abstract painting.

My only interaction with artist Drew Struzan was a couple of years ago on Twitter. He had shared his Indiana Jones Adventure poster and I responded with my very old digital photograph of it from 1996.

He questioned its "very old" status, but I still think it's a decently old *digital* photo.

RIP.
Screenshot of a Twitter archive exchange. I had responded to Drew Struzan, "Here's a very old digital photograph of the poster prominently on display at The Disney Gallery in New Orleans Square, March 31, 1995."

His response (not pictured), questioned it being "very old."

I responded "For a digital photograph!"
