Fine-tuning debates often ignore that our universe might simply be adequately tuned, not optimally.

Minds biased toward self-preservation inflate their own importance and presume their existence is exceptional without justification.

Everyone can create their meaning and thus fill the universe.
The app now supports logic and logicx files too

Here’s probably the finally finished version, ready to share - Sound Index: a macOS desktop application that scans DAW projects (Ableton), extracts sample references, builds a searchable database, and enables Finder comments.

It should be sufficiently functional.

Nice. I’ll use it as a reference to clean up my sound library. I got frustrated when browsing through it without knowing which sounds were in use. I might have used a bit of sound and then forgotten about it. I’ll include Logic later. Central DB is handy.
I’m building a Python app for this.

It currently eats Ableton project files, finds them in folders, and maintains a database where sounds can be filtered and comments added for quick viewing in Finder.

I’ll share this later on GitHub.

'Nuit.' (1917) Within ten days of joining the Belgian army, Maurice Langaskens was captured by the Germans and interned as a prisoner of war. In captivity he produced hundreds of small-scale works on paper in inks and watercolour, recording everyday scenes around various camps.
