A basic one for me is a base of either a frozen banana or yogurt, then frozen or fresh fruit (whatever I have), maybe some spinach or avocado if available. Water to bulk it out, and then a tablespoon of chia seeds.

I make a lot of smoothies and over time I'll start making them healthier and healthier until they suck and are unpleasant to drink. Then I have to reset and go back to basically just making a fruit milkshake
