Mandate energy providers to stop charging the same price as expensive gas for much cheaper renewable energy. We think they should pass any savings on to consumers, rather than keeping them as profit.

We are being sold a false story that nature is the enemy. That newts, bats, snails and spiders are somehow responsible for the so-called housing crisis and a blocker to economic growth. This is a deliberate lie - using a cynically chosen group of species that could be found in a witches cauldron.

Submitted both parts to my Tomato Trial for @gardenersworldmag.bsky.social - the results and how to grow - and I'm pretty proud of it really. A small thing on a Yorkshire hill but the trial conditions were robust, the results good and I've learnt new stuff to share with readers.
