Well that's just good word of mouth. If someone wants to freely share what another provides, that's a sign of a good product/service.

For clarity, I consider advertisements to be paid obligations. It's part of why advertising itself is an industry, and an untrustworthy source.

a noticable shift in culture is that when the original google glass released 13 years ago, one kid in my highschool had one and we all bullied him for how weird it was you could take photos with it and he stopped wearing after 1 day. that anti-invasive tech culture is dead with modern social media

Anybody wearing Meta's Ray-Ban glasses should be assumed to be a creep filming & avoided, which in fairness isn't so hard because anybody buying these things tend to have everyone avoiding them anyway.
