Woke. Norwegian, here mainly for Ukraine's defence against the terrorist nation, Russia. Democracy is the only way. Structural engineer, musician, Atheist, husband, father, sea-kayaker, motorcyclist. I don't donate money to strangers on social media

Tesla, the best selling car manufacturer in Norway in august 2025. Don't allow this to pass in silence! How many of those here at Bluesky saying they support democracy, as well have bought a Tesla during the last 9 months?

Russian Telegram channels report a drone attack on an oil refinery in Russian Ryazan.

There are also reports about an attack on the military airfield in Ryazan.
Europe can do it, but this demands a different attitude in Europe between each countries industry. As well you cannot rely on one single deliverer.
If the US wants to block France, those parts are more than enough. As the US did when France tried to sell the Scalp missiles to Egypt in 2015.

I agree that we need to move away from dependence on the US, but today I dont believe that anyone creates advanced avionics without components from the US.

“This is what we’ve come to…”

- says a Russian man, clearly disappointed that the war his country started has come home to Kopeysk, Chelyabinsk Oblast.
Everyone believes Trump has ordered a ballroom extension for the white house.

No, it's a smaller version of the Colosseum, with less space for spectators than the original 😜
The question is, would he say the same if his hometown wasn't attacked?

When(not if) Putin and the Kremlin fall, I'm sure there will be a big, big majority who claim they were against the invasion. Even if they bragged about the russian army two weeks before the collapse.

This video is not from tonight but from 2 days ago. Nonetheless, it deserves attention.

In the video, a Bataysk resident addresses Ukrainians after the strike on his town with: “You have to strike the Kremlin. You got the f*cking coordinates mixed up.”
Just wait until he refers to himself in third person:

"He does not want him to have the whole thing"

Trump sees himself sitting at the new Circus Maximus, white house, deciding who to live or not. That's why his right hand thumb finger is discoloured, after training in front of the mirror.

Sorry for the long answer, but this is so intricate that I could write about it for days. Semiconductors, the machinery needed to make them are from....the Netherlands! Without them, no semiconductors. As I wrote, this is intricate. Some parts can be replaced, some cant.
A quick search reveals that the UK delivers 15%(level 1), the Netherlands, Turkey(kicked out they say), Italy makes some vital parts...the list is long. The same will it be for every other fighter jet. Without supplies, no F35.

How Many International Parts Are In The US F-35 Fighter Jet?
The British alone produce approximately 15% of the F-35, with other components produced by many different US allies around the world.

There are no advanced products anymore that are made solely consisting of products from one country. F35 is developed not only by the USA, but by companies around the world on different levels. TERMA in Denmark, NDK in Norway/Sweden and probably many other companies. But still, the F35 is American.
Many parts for the F35 come from suppliers, even from China. You have parts there from Taiwan(semiconductors) and probably other electronic parts from China. Most likely. That goes for Rafaele as well, France doesn't produce semiconductors. But still its French

Chinese Parts in the F-35 Highlight Concerning Trend in the US Defense Sector
The contraction of U.S. defense and civilian industries since the end of the Cold War has made foreign inputs into key weapons programs indispensable.

Ok, then it is confirmed, the USA approved.
So many parts of the American jet-engines are made in Europe, as well for planes in the USA.
Made in Sweden by GKN Sweden AS(Former Volvo Aero), license production of a GE engine. But Volvo Aero has been around since 1930.

GKN Norway AS in Kongsberg produces many of the vital engine parts for both Pratt & Whitney and Safran. Used in Boing and Airbus. As well parts for both the F16, F35.
Far more bravery than ever occurred in the US.
