Found my brainstorming for a big bang idea from back in June - most of a page and I went with the second new idea which checks out

the only reason they ever gave me an iron infusion is that i had endometrial cancer that caused endless bleeding and they were able to give me the infusion during the cancer surgery.

guess i’m the fool is the first time I hadn’t fully finished writing before I started posting and still actually finished it (and I had written probably 85% before I posted chapter 1) but normally I write it alllll first

That’s tricky. Probs “guess i’m the fool” because it’s the longest and most personal fic I’ve ever written, but I’m still so proud of making natasha romanov’s backstory make sense in “to have a home” and of playing with form in “so full of love (I can barely eat)”

Oh 100% I listen to music the entire time while writing pretty much - sometimes playlists but mostly albums which resonate, and occasionally the same song on loop the whole time

I go through phases of wanting to write a little every day, bc I think it’s easier the more you keep in practice. At the moment, my only real goal is to finish the wips on my docket, and maybe look back over some original stuff before the end of the year

Honestly I don’t really write scenes that I don’t use? On the rare occasion something doesn’t fit where it is, I either write more to make it fit, or rework it to make it fit

Like. There is a crucial difference between something hurting your feelings bc you’re invested, and bad writing. I also love Bobby! And as such, I love to see that they’ve given his death such weight and are handling the grief of the other characters with such care!

I know this is a controversial opinion in 911 fandom but the way that they have handled Bobby’s death and the ongoing ramifications of that for the characters who loved him has, in my view, been so careful and beautiful and well done
