She shows off her resplendently styled head feathers before flashing the camera a bold and confident look, holding an American flag (that's out of frame) in front of a green-screen with an American flag on it, propping a foot up on the hood of a Chevrolet NASCAR stock car, all while sporting her US-flag bikini across her muscular frame and ample chest. Meanwhile the camera person says:

"Good job, Patty, but... we might need to reshoot that one. Top of the green screen got in the shot."

Apparently Patty isn't the only one to be somewhat bad at their jobs.
