Noah, a miqo'te, is shown naked and suspended midair by smooth, transparent tentacles, which wrap around his midsection, legs, and erect penis and penetrate him. He's trapped inside a cubic Demi-Ozma which reflects views of the darkened library outside on its faces, connected by glowing purple seams. One tentacle wraps around his head, and another slides up his face and into his mouth. Noah has an overwhelmed expression.

For something like this it should be as simple as opening up the models from each mod in blender and keeping the relevant parts! I would open up the head with the correct teeth, delete its horns, and add the horns from the horns mod (then hook up any modded textures appropriately)

I similarly ran into nasty issues getting my MCDFs set up for characters, but I've had an OK time actually using them once they're made after some trial and error! I don't wanna derail your post though, as I agree with your point, so feel free to hmu!
