My two go to's for poached chicken seasoning are Bell's Seasoning which is the turkey standard for Thanksgiving and it works great on all poultry and dressing / stuffing. The second is rosemary and garlic. Use it for chicken salad, or for having a chicken garden salad.

Chenille is a different animal altogether and is a learning curve. I can't do fine lace work any more, with arthritis, but what I do keeps things flexible. I am available towards the end of the week if you want to sit and knit.

I started getting my knitting mojo back 2 months ago. I have a shoulder shawl on the needles as we speak. I knit slower and with more intention as I have gotten older. The meditative rhythm came back after about 10 rows. The muscle memory is there.
