This morning, I didn't check my calendar first thing, which I usually do.

Instead I flipped my phone to DND and focused on getting some time critical stuff done that I just haven't been able to focus on.

I completely missed a 9am call. 😖

The burnout is winning. It feels like crash and burn

I just heard somewhere that you aren't growing more hair, but the skin regeneration process slows down so you lose less, which is why eyebrows get bushier.

That isn't what causes chin hair in middle aged women, though.
