Shame is a trait that protects us from our own harmful behaviour. Behaviour like...I dunno...waddling over to a group of people having a fun time and acting like a smug douche.

Yeah and it makes sense they'd get so much coverage. But specifically there is a bias against Toronto that plays out in sports media and it actually impedes their ability to compete. Free agents don't want to take their money because the media makes playing in Toronto seem like playing on the moon.

Yeah I have no animus for the Dodgers or its fans. They're a club to be proud of.

After the Ohtani saga, Heyman called Toronto a "minor league" city despite not having been there since 1993. Rosenthal said it would be bad for the sport if he signed there.

That's what I have a problem with.
