Tomorrow the Virginia Senate will take up an amendment to the state Constitution to allow for a one-time Congressional redistricting to counter efforts elsewhere. Here's my most recent story which includes an audio component.

Though Charlottesville's Development Code was briefly on pause in the summer of 2025, plans kept getting drawn up for approval by staff. The latest is a 16-unit building proposed for 1906 Stadium Road near Scott Stadium.

The Albemarle Board of Supervisors is scheduled to adopt a Comprehensive Plan that's been in the works for 4 years. A change was made at the last minute to alter the land use designation for a key property in the county's western urban neighborhood.

The Greene County Board of Supervisors meets tonight and one item on the agenda is action on a rezoning request near the intersection of U.S. 29 / U.S. 33. A vote was delayed in August after concerns about displacement at a nearby mobile home community.
