Yesterday, IDOT joined @govpritzker.illinois.gov and officials to announce a $670k investment to improve North 42nd and 44th Street corridors in Fairmont City.

In Metro East, $3.8B is funded for roads and bridges, including I-270, Illinois 4, and the Illinois 3 Connector. prez.ly/Ugzd

IDOT crews have been hard at work cleaning up roadways! From Sept. 1 through Sept. 19, they collected 1,461 bags of litter and debris, totaling 14 tons in Cook and collar counties. 👏

ALL LANES on the outbound Kennedy from Pulaski Road to the Edens junction REOPENS to traffic by 5 a.m. Friday, Aug. 22.

The ramps at Augusta/Milwaukee, North Avenue (IL 64), Armitage Avenue, and Fullerton Avenue will remain closed at this time.
