👎The report doesn’t reflect on the proposal by many global south countries and civil society on the need for a #DebtConvention and a multilateral debt resolution mechanism eurodad.org/un_framework...

#FfD4 will not be a success without any meaningful #debt reform!
But rich countries' fear of an inclusive process - where borrowing countries can participate on equal footing with creditors - is blocking the process.
