if you were into house in the early and mid 90s you were already aware of Guy-Manuel & Thomas from their releases on Roulette and Trax Records pre Daft Punk so this was already kind of a big deal for rave snobs who were tired of doing The Percolator

also i'm fairly sure i conducted one of the very first unmasked/pre-masked interviews with them for our college zine, who decided not to run it so it ended up in a rave zine I was a regular contributor for. We did the interview outside of Ishakibbles the morning after their Shampoo booking

Got an advance promo copy of this little-known album from my college radio station and hid it so nobody else could put it into rotation, playing it constantly during my 6am morning show. I still have it alongside the Masters At Work vinyl remixes of "Around the World"
