Lord of the Frozen Hills
An elven king surrounded by countless rumours and stories. Some say his entire kingdom was cursed, turned to ice under the northern hills, punishing him for some long forgotten crime. Others say he cursed his people, and is forced to wander the frozen north as punishment.
