For anyone who might be confused, here’s a chart I made in like 3 minutes of what pronouns should be used when referring to Symbiotes

There are a few exceptions:

Carnage has been referred to with both masculine and androgynous pronouns, so I’m not sure if they count as a male. Use they/them just in case

Anti-Venom is not a sentient Symbiote with its own mind, therefore making Anti-Venom and its host only use the host’s pronouns

Symbiotes are agender creatures that reproduce asexually, therefore making it/its the correct terminology

The host and Symbiote are two separate beings, therefore making plural pronouns (they/them) acceptable
