Holding nothing. (What is there to hold onto?)

I try so hard not to lose my head but it cannotbbe ignored. Sometimes I have to write my problems out in a way only I can understand them so I can explain to myself everything and nothing. I loathe this feeling of desire and I wantbto crush it beneath my hands without a second thought. It just hurts me.

My father is passing away due to the American Jail System. They hurt him and left him untreated so i'm just taking this moment to really collect my feelings and keep some things aside.

This won't exactly effect me in the longrun mentally so please understand that I will be okay, its just sad.
