If men with guns and masks tried to pull me out of my car, I'd fight back. Courts should reject any claims by the government that this is aggression by the person being detained, resisting arrest, or that they're a flight risk.

Because in an authoritarian dictatorship the citizens don't get to be armed. They wouldn't want starving people with no health insurance, who are being oppressed daily rising up against the regime.

Ice in Chicago recently left the scene of an accident that they caused while committing the offense of reckless driving. This kind of thing has to stop & states hv the power to stop it. Courts have supported state police power for 200 yrs. There wd be no reason for them to change their policy now.
