I’ve been rotting on the sofa most of the day. (Got some things done earlier) My excuse was to finish a large bag with some alterations or at least get most of the way finished. This is as far as I’ve got and my legs hurt from Charlotte napping in my lap for hours. Finished Jurassic Park audiobook 🦖

Less than 1/3 of the way finished crocheting a large dragon scale bag in black and grey. There’s a black cat asleep in my lap and a bowl of popcorn on the arm of the sofa.

I’m doing that thing where I’m sipping coffee and in my head about 15 different projects all at once. Also it’s been raining for hours and it rained for hours yesterday so the weather is telling me to do not even do one project.

… think my earrings would sell well or at all on Etsy. There’s just too much competition. So anyway I’m rambling. Basically I’m going to make some more cool micro crochet earrings and if anyone wants a pair please let me know. I’m thinking about making snowflakes and some other new shapes.

…One person even tipped me 10 dollars!! I really wish the physical labor of setting up a booth and the act of working outside all day was easier on me. I would love to take myself more seriously and really get out there more. It’s just so hard, I need help and I have to plan so carefully…

For the last 2 Saturdays I used Square for the first time. Review so far is that it’s really user friendly for payments and I don’t even know what else it does. I half assed the inventory due to time and I’m on the free trial pro version. Anyway I’m looking at my sales and I got a lot of tips!! 🙀…

Well, so far I’m halfway through the Jurassic Park audiobook, halfway on a dice bag, washed half the dishes, and worked on resin projects for like 2 hours. Doing half of everything is how I roll. Forgetting half of my to do list is also normal.

I’m finally starting to physically recover from prepping and working my booth 2 Saturdays in a row.

The plan for today is to
1) avoid news and instead listen to Jurassic Park (audiobook) and/or CR ep. 2 all day
2) crochet order
3) do dishes/minimal chores
4) do PT stretches!!
5) Quickbooks stuff

Yep they are definitely watching. I have multiple birdbaths in my yard that I keep clean and full. They will literally alert each other when I’m refilling them or putting out seed. I love it.

💖 AFTER 💖

Guys I think I did really well! I sold lots of my earrings and even 3 handmade dice sets and basically a little of everything. I met a bunch of friendly booth neighbors and had fun even though I was freezing cold all day long. I’m also invited to apply for multiple other craft shows. 🥶🧶🪡😅

Morning set up at the pumpkin festival 10am. I arranged things a little differently after last week’s sales and in one week managed to make and finish 18 potion trinkets, 6 more ghost cats, 3 more ghosts, 3 cauldron nightlights, a hand full of trinkets, and a few more dice bags.
