This does NOT affect households that currently have HCVs. Here is what you need to know:

–Notices will say if your household WAS or WAS NOT selected at random for one or more waitlists.
–Notices will be sent to the email and mailing address provided in your application.

Important note: Home Forward has paused issuing new HCVs. This is because HUD notified Home Forward that its HCV program is in shortfall status. This means program costs exceed the federal funding allocated to Home Forward for 2025. 2/5
Waitlist Update: Home Forward is pleased to share that we will begin emailing and mailing notices (via the U.S. Postal Service) to every household that applied for the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and/or a Property-based waitlist toward the end of October. 1/5
Bud Clark Commons was one of the first affordable housing communities to make Narcan available to all residents & staff, with full training provided. Home Forward has expanded access to this life-saving medication to both residents and the surrounding community to support health, safety and (4/5)
Bud Clark Commons was Home Forward’s first property to receive Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) funding to connect residents to substance use disorder treatment and other 24/7 wraparound services like case management and resident support. (3/5)
