These Pop Tarts were so much fun to make. Everything except the sprinkles were scratch.

Also blended sun-dried tomatoes w/quinoa, roasted some root veg, sweet potatoes, garbanzos, pickled onion and blk olives. (At home Piada bowls effectively)

I still go through my ebbs and flows, peaks and valleys.

Sometimes people telling us what we “should” be doing only creates shame and disconnect. But whenever we can tap into that motivation - at our own volition - it can work wonders.
