They’re about 1/6 scale and cost around ¥500 each, which is something like $3 USD.

I picked up the OG starters, and will likely grab Pikachu and Mew at some point

I’ve got Mafex Robocop, Batman and Bane, McFarlane Superman, Masterverse He-Man, FigureRise Mando, Boba, and Grogu, along with Figuarts Vader from the Obi-Wan D+ series and Ash/Team Rocket from Pokemon the scale differences are ruining my head.

Amidst all the fuckery of 2025, we’ve got this, a figure that only existed as blurry prototype photos for the last 39 years.

The very existence of this, as a thing that can be had, means that pretty much nothing is off the table in terms of possible Transformers toys.

As the senior staff guy, it was my intention to pay for everyone. I was surprised to find more money in my wallet than expected when I came to the next morning, but I guess the young folks didn’t drink as much as us old timers do
