Building companies still building far too many ‘exec’,homes, and not enough 1 & 2 bedroom homes, which are desperately needed! also Property Developers should be totally banned from purchasing the smaller homes, then renting out at exorbitant rates, 0 chance to ‘get on property ladder’ or downsize.
