I played CARIMARA: Beneath the forlorn limbs by @bastinusrex.bsky.social last night and OH MY GOD GUYS everyone needs to go play this game!!

It's creepy, unsettling & atmospheric in a way that's perfect for the season, takes <60 min to play, and the ending took me completely by surprise 👀

If you've also disabled it for your streams, I would double check that it is in fact turned off (ask your viewers or just open stream in an incognito window), and maybe submit a report if yours is still showing too. Disabling the reward should mean it goes away completely

This was Twitch's response when I told them that the Duolingo rewards message is still being shown to viewers on my stream even though I disabled it in viewer rewards 🙃

(The first chat support person was super unhelpful, the second said they'd need to look into it and transferred me to email)

Hmm doesn’t it read like title and category and about section stuff too? Banning and blocking would keep it from seeing chat and potentially the stream itself, but I don’t think it would prevent it from reading the rest of the stuff on your page

(obvs no harm in banning/blocking anyway tho haha)

begging streamers to please stop using frosty tools & streamelements. i know it takes a lot of time & spoons to switch over to another bot, but frosty is an ai monstrosity and se is ran by racists & zionists & uses ai.

i know a lot of widgets only work with se, but if you can pls move away.
