Thank you. I am running on fumes, everything going sideways this month, then suddenly.. Very Tiny Sad Kitten Blobs. I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing. Receiving fantastic help online, but still no idea wtf I'm doing. With other plates to spin and it just. Does not. Let Up. 👍🔥🔥 He he he

- Mina: I bought her fave SHEBA and she finally ATE. Yay! One less cat to worry about.

- The boy kitten, it was gently pointed out to me that:
he is more active now, and Did He Do A Big 💩 before weighing?? Why yes. Yes he did. 😂 Could that be why.

I am panicking / over-thinking things again..

Dumpling report. Both are actively exploring, climbing even. Byron on the left.

He doesn't seem slower or lethargic, so am back to old feed pattern and hope he gains weight tomorrow.

If not, looks like we're heading to the vet 😩

Ok after a bit of sleep-deprived thinking, remembered that I switched to 4h feeds from every 3hr.

So he got 2 feed less..

Weighed him again just now, 512g.

Gonna switch back to every 3h (which they obvs need - still undersized)

If tomorrow's weigh in he hasn't gained weight.. to the vet we go.

Shelley: 365g (up 13g)

Byron: 498g (down 4g!)

I am.. worried about that. But I also switched to 4h feeds instead of 3h so I could get some sleep, meant they got 2 less.

Gonna weigh again this evening (he's still v playful)

So.. may have to go to vet with THREE cats later 😩

Her voice this morning is coming back in like a scratchy record.

She's back to headbutting and chirping, but the chirps end in a dry squeaj.

Still not eating - understandable, w a sore throat.

Tried wet food, but my mum bought the one *none of them like* by mistake..

Mina lost her voice yesterday! Croaking like a toad.

After frantic googling, turns out this can happen w very vocal cats (laryngitis/vocal chord strain)

She is certainly that.

Plus been EXTRA SHOUTY bc she hates Jasper, hates the kittens etc.

No other symptoms, but can I get a break here 😩

30mins later we u-turned.

A *massive* bull was standing right by the joke of a "fence" - thin piece of wire, between rotten fence posts.

He was surrounded by calfs, very placid but, uhhh.. nope. NOT passing right under your nose w large dog. I've seen a bull get out before.

Back the way we came..
