After the diagnosis of EAS, it was sent out for Foundation One. They found EWSR1::NFATC2, and this is a superb example of this novel, distinctive osseous vascular neoplasm. They seem to have potential to recur locally and there is a report of a metastatic one. Nice paper by a former fellow

#pedipath X #bstpath ... Pretty example of a peripheral schwannoma in a young child. Retained INI-expression here supports non-syndromic origin. In contrast, a mosaic pattern of INI-1 loss could suggest underlying schwannomatosis.
