I’m also currently doing teeth aligners in preparation for oral surgery, so I need to get through that and surgery/recovery before another major surgery. I also don’t know how I’ll pay for bottom surgery, so it could be years from now—almost certainly at least 2 years.

Sorry you weren’t able to DM me, I don’t know what’s happening there. And I’m really not sure yet. I haven’t first consultation with the surgeon next Tuesday. It’s a short consultation, so I’m not sure what information I’ll get. My hope is that she says I’m a good candidate for surgery.

I distinguish the two as—object/body-part/situation/environment that really turns you on and may be required (fetish) and psychological dynamics mixed with corresponding behaviors/acts/scenes that are personally important but not inherently sexual (kink). Even this probably isn’t a full definition.
