Recently, my daughter wasn’t sleeping through the night. She would go down around 8:30-9:00 pm then wake up around midnight and stay awake until 3-5am on a good day. I tried every method I could think of (and find on the internet) to reboot her circadian rhythm to get her to sleep at night again but to no avail. After a few weeks of this, the sleep deprivation began taking its toll on me.

I’m starting this series called “Quiet Time Truths” as a way to share what I learned in my time with the Lord or just anything He places on my spirit.
