You can use any graphed design! Each block = one stitch. You can: Use a 2 headed hook and afghan stitch, C2C, or single/half double worked in single rows (no turning) this keeps design uniform on both sides. #HappyHooking

I do love to crochet a fun picture! My favorite almost 5 yo will be 5 in Dec. He picked out design! I have been crocheting a long time but recently learned about foundation rows that mix chain and first row! I will never go back to making a long chain!

I use three auto injectors. Least painful/ease of use to most painful/difficult to use.
Aimovig - Best auto injector I have ever used
Praluent - a close second
Sumatriptan - redesign not good but better than what it replaced!

Where do you throw away needles and where do you store injections/meds you might ask? Just like Dr office! Sharps container I mail back when full of used injectors(almost a year for me). And yes, a safe! I have a number of medications that could be dangerous in wrong hands. #chronicillness #meds

Ifykyk! Preventative: Aimovig 140 mg
Rescue: Naratriptan 2.5 mg/sumatriptan 6 mg injection. Injection redesign?!? By who? The Marquis de Sade? Still painful and clunky, new twist have to cock by pressing VERY hard on a surface to use a huge painful needle!! Oh joy! #chronicillness #migraine

Tinky, such a wonderful #KittyGirl ! The epitome of #Catitude ! Had to start a kidney health Rx diet yesterday. Cats are supposed to be finicky? Right?!? Evidently she didn't get the memo! LOL I couldn't even get a second handful of dry out of bag and eating wet as soon as plate down! 😻

Was also had a lot of fun! It's a middle of the pack race. It is through all the neighborhoods of Portland. Each area we passed through has supporters and entertainment everything from kids doing karaoke to Belly dancers!

NEW: There’s a disaster unfolding in Alaska right now. And no major network is covering it.

The remnants of Typhoon Halong battered western Alaska overnight. Homes, with people in them, have literally been swept into the Bering Strait.

At least 20 are missing. No comment from any federal agency.

Fall GF Sunday dinner! Roast pork loin marinated in Wegmans Rosemary Balsamic marinade and baked in oven, mashed sweet potato and garlic spinach. Very low effort and very yummy outcome!
