I used to do this too often and realised people cared more about their 'opinion' than they did being correct. Made me a happier person just leaving them to it.

Being overwhelmed and exhausted has become all too common these days. This is because the world isn’t set up to protect people’s mental health. You should never feel guilty for taking the time to centre yourself and take care of your own emotions.

I'm so excited. Apparently I'm on some tremendously weird kinf of blocklists on BlueSky. Let's give some examples. Apparently I'm on one because I follow Helen Lewis. I do? I follow a lot of people. Next one. Some big list that makes no sense, an 'AI hater list', and one that just says 'trash'. 😂
