Improvements in DNA has opened up new family history doors where searching for ancestry has fallen short. I’ve hit dead ends searching for my Italian heritage. DNA says 37% of my bloodline comes from Central Italy. Have found new results looking in new places.

Watching Knife Edge on Apple TV. I really hate petulant young chefs. I was a kitchen manager at 21 and a regional kitchen manager at 24. Humility was impressed upon me early and often. There are always bigger fish.

Had to empty out my glovebox for A/C repair tomorrow. Chop sticks, plastic utensils, napkins, wipes, face mask, Kleenex, screw driver, charge cables a power inverter (can’t recall why) and spare socks. The leather man is in the door pocket.
